I don't know if its because I am still a new runner or because I still have fat on my body. Probably the latter because my husband says that I am not a new runner anymore. A new runner doesn't train over 5K's a run like I do, I really liked to hear that made me feel good.
One thing that has been so nice is when I run in the morning I am relaxed, calm, not as stressed, I'm alert and not foggy at work and very confident. Its truly a wonderful feeling. I also like not having to workout when I get off work. Something I figured out tonight was when I work later like this I don't have to go through the insufferable temptation when I go home and pig out because I am working during those times. When I do get off work, its 6pm and its time for dinner.
Yes, I think I might stick with this schedule. I am just going to play it by ear and see.
Which do you prefer, morning or evening workouts?
